How much will my service vouchers cost?
The price of a service voucher is set by the Region where you live. Choose your Region and your pace: the result updates by itself. One voucher = one hour of work, and each visit lasts at least 3 hours.
Your estimate
Each visit from your home helper lasts at least 3 hours. Most households choose 3 or 4 hours.
Leave out the holiday weeks when you pause the service.
In Flanders, a household has 800 vouchers at the base rate and at most 1000 vouchers a year.
Cost by number of vouchers bought in the year
| Vouchers a year | Brussels (a year) | Flemish Brabant (a year) |
|---|---|---|
| 100 | €1,140.00 | €1,000.00 |
| 200 | €2,280.00 | €2,000.00 |
| 300 | €3,420.00 | €3,000.00 |
| 400 | €4,820.00 | €4,000.00 |
| 500 | €6,220.00 | €5,100.00 |
Brussels: vouchers 1 to 300 at €11.40, then €14.00, up to 500 vouchers a year per user.
Flemish Brabant: first 400 vouchers at €10.00 per person, then €11.00, up to 500 vouchers per person a year; per household, 800 vouchers at the base rate and 1000 at most.
What about tax relief?
In Brussels, tax relief on service vouchers was abolished on 1 January 2026. In Flanders, vouchers bought since 1 January 2025 no longer give any tax benefit. The amount calculated is therefore your real cost.
Nothing to negotiate: the Region sets the rate
Your request is only used to organise the service (days, times, tasks).
